There are two groups of 144,000. The 144000 in Revelation Ch 7 are JEWS who will be sealed and protected from God's Wrath at the End of the Great Tribulation. They will survive to become God's people on Earth during the Millennium. The other group is the 144000 in Revelations Ch 14. They are Christians as they are followers of the Lamb. They are pure and mature and ready to be with God. They become the firstfruits of the Harvest and are spared from the 1260 day Great Tribulation. The rest of the Church must go through the Great Tribulation with patient endurance. The Great Multitude of believers will be raptured or harvested at the end of the 1260 days before God pours out his Wrath upon the Nations (Pagans).
144000 followers of the Lamb escape the Great Tribulation and 144000 Jews from the 12 tribes are sealed before God pours out his wrath.
The 144000 followers of the Lamb are Christians who are ready to meet the Lord. They are called up as the first fruits of the Harvest before the Great Tribulation starts. The great multitude of believers will have to go through the great tribulation with patient endurance. They will be made spotless and refined. The great multitude of believers will be raptured / redeemed / harvested after 1260 days of tribulation before God pours out his wrath on the Pagans / Nations of the World. At the same time as the Great Multitude is Harvested, another group of 144000 Jews, taken from the 12 tribes, will be sealed so as to be protected from God’s wrath. They will survive God’s wrath and go on into the Millennium as God’s people on Earth. A gentile remnant will also survive God’s wrath and will go on to repopulate the Earth during the Millennium. Gentiles who survive God’s wrath must have rejected the Mark of the Beast and helped God’s people during the tribulation.

Is the 144000 in Rev Ch 7 the same group as the 144000 in Rev Ch 14?
The first group are Jews who are sealed and protected duriing the Great Tribribulation. They become God’s peeple on Earth during the Millennium.
The second group are ripe mature Christians who are redeemed from the Earth – they are the firstfruits of the Harvest. The Great Multitude are the majority of Christians who will have top go through the great tribulation and will be raptured after 1260 days but before God pours out his wrath on the Nations who are left behind. The Nations who survive God’s wrath will be the Nations who surround God’s people on earth during the Millennium. This will be a fuillfillment of old testament prophesy.
At the the end of the Millennium, Old and New Testament believers will be combined in to one New Jerusalem. During the Millennium, all born again Christians will reign with Christ in Heaven.
